ABOUT THE PROJECT
This project is the result of our hard work, commitment, and timely delivery schedule to our earlier projects. As a testimony of our past interior design projects, we received an enquiry from a government official to re-furnish an old guest house which was more than 40 years old. As a process, we visited the guest house to take a stock of things and we realised that, this project needs a complete overhauling including extensive Civil Work, Flooring, Ceiling, Electrical, Painting, Toilet Renovation, Furniture's And Furnishing, etc. We took charge of the end-to-end design & execution services from initial concept to final commissioning. Essentially, the scope of work covered a full interior project. With the help from various agencies locally, we took exactly 38 days to complete this project. This Project was appreciated by the authority and awarded next project, which is presently in its civil stage.

The Challenge
The guest house being more than 40 years old needed a complete interior refurbishing and that we had a limited timeline to complete the project. The challenge was to preserve as much original building as we could, and at the same time, we need to update the house to meet the demand of modern life, which leads to a mix of old and new building style spontaneously, like a hybridism.
The Execution
We have always loved renovations, although they are challenging. Well, may be because they are the best of both worlds — old and new! We brought altogether a change in the look & feel of the guest house. Different from the normal homestay, we provided the right combination of elegance & style. All in all, this inside-out guest house is punctuated with customized, designed light features such as the twilight, an interesting furniture sofa creating an abode that is able to subtly, but holistically, celebrate design.
