ABOUT THE PROJECT
The best testimonial for good work is repeat business. Third time in a row, we got an opportunity to do the interiors for a premium suite for East Coast Railways at Koraput. It was a different challenge to manage timelines and quality in a logistically difficult location like Koraput. However, we sat down on the drawing board and worked out alternatives to overcome any barriers which came in the way of a quality output. We handed over the project within the agreed timelines and received positive feedback from the concerned authority.
SCOPE OF WORK
Civil Constructions, Electrical Fittings, False Ceiling, Carpentry work (Wardrobe, Study Table, TV Panel), Bathroom Fittings (Shower Cabin with rain shower Fittings, Wall mounted WCs & other standard Fittings ), Painting , Hard Furnitures (Chair, Centre Table, Dining Table), Soft Furnishing ( Bedsheets set, mattress protector, bed runner. Curtains, Blinds,Cushions, Floor Mats, Towels).

The Challenge
It was a different challenge to manage timelines and quality in a logistically difficult location like Koraput. However, we took it as a challenge & made sure every aspect of our commitments is duly met. Every scope of work and deliverables was meticulously planned to make sure we don't lose out on any areas. Any oversight may have cost us a rework & could have had a significant impact on the logistics & transportation of the materials.
The Execution
The project was divided into three stages, and we almost managed to keep to the schedule. We took up this challenge & responsibility with proper planning & assigned the responsibilities within the team. The entire team worked almost day & night to make sure the assigned project is completed and handed over on time. As they say, all is well that ends well. The appreciation we received during the project handover made every effort worth it.
