ABOUT THE PROJECT
First is always special and, to us, this project was a great opportunity to present our expertise as an end-to-end furnishing service provider. The ask was to completely revamp two rooms of Railways guest house which was battered during Cyclone Fani in Puri and that too within two weeks’ time! We went through an exhaustive planning process by detailing out all civil and furnishing requirements and setting milestones to achieve the deadline. The outcome was a delight for the client as we presented them two aesthetically designed premium suites!
SCOPE OF WORK
Civil Constructions, Electrical Fittings, False Ceiling, Carpentry work (Wardrobe, Study Table, TV Panel), Painting , Hard Furnitures (Bed, Chair, Centre Table), Soft Furnishing (Mattress, Top-of-the-Bed Items, Curtains, Cushions, Pillows, etc.)

Government Guest House Suites at Puri has been one of our most valued projects. Not only did we deliver exceptional work as per the client's satisfaction but also we completed the entire project well in a timeline of 14 days only.
The Challenge
The biggest challenge was to complete the interior of 2 Suites of approx. 1500 sq. ft. for each suite within a timeline of 14 days only. Our scope of work was extensive and included the end-to-end refurbishing of the interiors right from the Civil, Electrical, False Ceiling, Carpentry work, Furniture, and completes Soft Furnishings. This being our first project, we were skeptical about the limited timelines for the project completion.
The Execution
We took up this challenge & responsibility with proper planning & assigned the responsibilities within the team. Around 23 people engaged across the different lines of expertise. The entire team worked almost day & night to make sure the assigned project is completed and handed over in time. However, in essence, we could successfully complete the project in time and could hand it over on 10th day, one day prior to committed date. We are more than grateful to the General Manager for his continued trust and support. Further a line of appreciation by chairman of the concerned department was way more encouraging.
